The house is beside the Wicklow Way walking trail and is just eight miles from the well-stocked town of Aughrim. Sleeping up to eight adults, it's set back from the road and is either secluded or accessible as you choose.
Wild deer and badgers are within a short walk of the house, not to mention grazing sheep and growing trees and a curlew on the bog. Only 40 miles south of Dublin, Aughavannagh is the ideal location for a perfect motoring or walking holiday, or combine both and use Aughavannagh as a base to complete the Wicklow Way over a walking week's holiday. Though you can stroll as far as you like on gentle tracks and return to a warm shower, or bath, in your hideaway location. The four bedrooms each have their own view and include two doubles and two twin bedrooms.
Outdoors you will find the barbecue and garden chairs if you prefer open air eating.
